As I mentioned in this post, my friend and I joined Curves as part of a study. We were required to do 12 workouts for the study. I have surpassed my 12 workouts and I went for my final measurements today. I am pleased to say that I actually got some positive results!

I am really proud of myself for sticking with this for the whole month! We received 50 percent off a membership if we sign up after this study. I think I am going to go for it! The numbers dropping is definitely motivation for me!
According to the scale, my weight fluctuated between 3 and 5 lbs below the original weight. Since I wasn't changing my eating habits, this was no surprise to me. I'm just glad that it was going down! I hope I can eventually cut down the sugar intake (my Cola addiction) and that will probably help alot too. I think I'll have to do that gradually.
Keep rooting for me and I'll keep you posted with my progress. And maybe someday even post weight loss photos!
