This Blog Has Moved!

I moved my blog on New Years Day, 2010. If you haven't come to see my new blog, head on over HERE now. This blog will be available for archive reading but I won't be posting here anymore. I hope you'll join me at my new bloggy home!

p.s. I am slowly but surely moving all the blogs I follow over to the new blog, so if I haven't come to visit you for a while, my advice is to leave a comment on my new blog, so I don't miss you in the shuffle!

About Me

My photo
I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

The Spirit of BabyBear in Pictures

I took these photos between May 2006-July 2006 after I got my digital camera. All of the photos are taken from my yard or the park immediately behind my yard. The slideshow was put together in honor of my daughter's first birthday. I haven't been taking pictures the way I was then. I went back to work, We got Emma, I started noticing bugs again, I began to lack patience in getting "the perfect picture". But I think I will have to get back into it soon, it was really the only time I felt like I was close to my babybear and could feel her spirit around me.

Anyway, enjoy the slideshow!

Sidenote: I went to log in at onetruemedia and they have changed how to sign in and now I can't sign in! Good thing I still had a link to the slideshow itself.

Wow Ter! You are such an amazing photographer! I wish I could get shots half as nice as those!!

I love the statement at the end about how Tyla "paints the sky". Very sweet :)

More big hugs to you during these difficult days.

By the way... I want to say it SOOOO badly... but I won't because I know you'll say, "Who would buy them anyway?"

*sigh*

Terri, that was just beautiful!
In that first year, it is so difficult to see our babies in the things around us. Tyla was speaking to you loud and clear!
Big hugs to you!

Beautiful.
Photography has helped me with Indigo as well. I am glad you had that outlet and a way to feel close to Tyla.
