About Me
- Ter
- I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

Grad Card
Yes, I know it's been almost a month since graduation time but I am just getting around to posting this now...
I made this card for my littlest brother's high school graduation. I used his school colors. I am not sure the grad cap turned out all that great. I cut out a piece of cardboard then covered it with card stock. Pocked a hole in it and put in a tassel. I wanted it to be 3 dimension instead of flat so it would look like a cap not a square but I'm not sure if I achieved my goal. The paper was all shiny and I took the photo when it was kind of dark in the room, hence the reflection of flash. I was going to take a better photo later with better lighting but oh well.
