This is not the original Wordless Wednesday I planned to post today. This is also not going to be entirely Wordless!
Just yesterday there was no snow where Emma is standing. (with exception of some icy snow by the garbage can in the background.)
It is still snowing.
The weather channel says
Winter Storm Warning Issued for Region
10-15cm of snow today
followed by 2-4 cm of snow tonight
Northern Winds at 40 km / hour - gusting up to 60 KPH.
More snow tomorrow.
My question is
WHERE IS SPRING!?!?!?!?!?!?!
It was freezing rain yesterday.
My back yard was a ice/puddles/doggie doo just a couple days ago.
It was nice enough to go outside with just a sweater.
I'm so tired of winter!!!!
end rant.
About Me
- Ter
- I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

I KNOW!!!!!
Oh my gosh-look at all that snow! Yikes!
I am so tired of winter!
Good grief! Who forgot to tell the weather that it's spring? Hope the snow stops soon and things warm up. Cute photos of Emma. :)
I think I found Spring...
It's here in California!
The snow looks beautiful though!
oh my! hopefully it will melt soon :O) looks like she had fun in the snow though! Happy WW!!!
Spring truly is trying to pop out and stay out here in California. This week is a beautiful one and just a bit on the chilly side like I like it. But it will probably rain again and go back to funky for a while. This is how it is out here in Ca. but I like it anyway. Born and raised here all my life, I am used to nothing else. Hoping you see Spring soon.
Love and Hugs, Laurie
Oh man! That stinks!!! Thank goodness for your Ecotraction!!
I promise I didn't send it up your way. ;) It's been snowing for three straight days now. My shoulders are killing me from all of the shoveling. I can't even see my deck. I wonder if that ecotraction stuff is safe on wood?
I'd call this "Spring in the Rockies" but I don't know that you live in the Rockies ;) We had snow today too.
