With such chapter titles as Larry's Work, Larry's Friends, Larry's Kid, and, of course, Larry's Party, this book takes us through various aspects of Larry's life: his marriages, his career, and his sense of self.
For the most part, I found this book to be an interesting read. If nothing else, Larry shows us that we are all the same and that our thoughts and conceptions or misconceptions of self and the world around us are quite normal.
If you're looking for a good book to read, I suggest you pick up a copy of Larry's Party from your local library or bookstore.

Interesting! I read her book "The Stone Diaries," which sounds remarkably similar in the set-up except it is about a woman. You might want to check it out. .. I really enjoyed it. I'll have to read this one!
