Monday - Steak, Baked Potato, Veggies
Tuesday - Chicken Souvalki, Greek Salad
Wednesday - Garlic Noodles, Lemon Shrimp
Thursday - Orange Pork Chops, Mandarin Salad
Friday - Honey Glazed Meatballs & Rice

Those Orange Pork Chops sound delicious! I love pork. :)
As for the link icon, the only way I know to do it is save the icon on your desktop or host site (such as Photobucket), and then insert it to your template w/ the site address. I'm sure there is an easier way, but I don't know it. Sorry!
