I only plan Monday - Friday menus but inquiring minds will want to know what we ate on the weekend...
Saturday - appetizers (brushetta, shrimp w/ dipping sauce, hummus)
Sunday - Maple Pork Tenderloin, mashed potatos, green beans and corn on the cob
Here's my menu for this week (Sept. 17-21):
Monday - Sausages, acorn squash with mushrooms
Tuesday - Popeye Pasta
Wednesday - Homemade hamburgers, corn on the cob
Thursday - Chicken Caesar Salad (homemade Caesar dressing)
Friday - Basa fish, homemade fries and a small garden salad with homemade dressing
