My favorite time of day is when we are in bed for the night and Emma snuggles up to me and falls asleep. What a lovely way to end the day.

- I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. Aren't our pets the best? I swear my cats can sense when I am sad, and they take turns jumping in my lap!
