Speaking of funny, as I'm finishing up this post, Emma announces she wants outside. I let her out and she runs out and stops at the edge of the patio. She barks, and I see her fur beginning to fly. I look out to see what she is looking at. It's a piece of plastic that has blown into our yard. It was hilarious to watch as she crept closer and closer her fir getting higher and higher. Finally when she realized it was not another animal, she went back to her normal self. What a nut!

I was late posting this today because I wanted to post about my new glasses! They kept changing the date when they would be ready but I finally got them today!
What do you think?
They even came with clip on shades.
Here's me trying to look cool:
FAIL. Not Cool. lol.
Although anything is better than these bigger-than-my-face glasses.

Attention participants of my card challenge:
I have decided to change up the card challenge. It has become difficult for me to do the card challenge because (a) alot of the cards I make end up being for someone who reads my blog even occasionally so I can't share it until they've seen it! and (b) I avoid holidays like the plague right now and so I am not following the calendar to make my cards, which in turn makes it a little difficult to come up with ideas.
SO! Instead of nixing it all together, (because it's fun!), I've decided to make it a "craft challenge" and not even a challenge, just a "show off your crafts day". So you can link up on my blog, if you so wish, any crafts you've made.

The weather here is CRAPPY. Where did spring go!?

The crappy weather made me crave something warm to drink, so I stopped at Starbucks for a Caramel Apple Spice. It sure hit the spot.

I've crossed off a couple more books from my Spring Reading Thing List. I'll have to do the book reviews soon. What have you been reading lately?

The Starbucks drink looks yummy. Yes, there are downsides to living in Florida...for example, it's hard to enjoy a winter-type treat when it's 90 degrees outside! I do hope your weather improves, though.

Oh yeah, and here I am thinking about you constantly again (seriously, I'm not stalking you, I promise.) I just think about you tons. But right now I'm watching 'PS I Love You' on HBO. I've never seen it before. I can tell I'm gonna hate the ending.
Those glasses look GREAT! Hope you have better weather next week- if not drink TWO apple ciders AND some hot doughnuts! :) Would work for me...
