Okay, the real truth behind having not posted about the card challenge the last 2 weeks is that I've lost my creative bug. I think about what I want to do with my cards but I just can't seem to get myself to actually make it. Part of this is because of distractions. Trying to finish up insurance crap on my husband's behalf, and my mother-in-law was here for a few days as well. My house is in shambles because I am trying to go through a mountain (or two, or three) of papers to make sure I have everything.
But keep making your cards.... and hopefully we'll catch up here again soon!
About Me
- Ter
- I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

It's understood, Ter. It happens to us one time or another. Have a happy Monday tomorrow. :)
I think everyone has times like this ... and you certainly have a lot going on. But sometimes it helps just to DO it regardless ... you might be surprised!
I feel like that too at times. The blog being private was really keeping me from writing. Hope you get it back soon.
Hope your days get better!! :)
I love looking at your cards, so I hope to see more soon! :)
We seemed to be both in a creative funk.
I hope you are having a good day:)
I find when I lose my creativity, I can get inspired by copying things I like and not pressuring myself to come up with something new. Hang in there.
Eh, give yourself a break. By now, your creative drive may have even come back. If not. It will.
I didn't know about your mother-in-law's visit. Send me an email and let me know how that went!
