BTW, Ter, I had to google UTC as I was curious too. I thought maybe it was related to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and it is - but "updated with leap seconds" per http://wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=utc. Now we've had our Saturday education. ;) LOL
I think it's probably universal or something. Because I'm on Pacific Time. :)
