This Blog Has Moved!

I moved my blog on New Years Day, 2010. If you haven't come to see my new blog, head on over HERE now. This blog will be available for archive reading but I won't be posting here anymore. I hope you'll join me at my new bloggy home!

p.s. I am slowly but surely moving all the blogs I follow over to the new blog, so if I haven't come to visit you for a while, my advice is to leave a comment on my new blog, so I don't miss you in the shuffle!

About Me

My photo
I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

Next - Movie

Next - Staring Nicolas Cage, Julianne Moore & Jessica Biel

Nicolas Cage plays a magician in a Vegas act who has the ability to foresee the future two minutes in advance. Because of his unique gift, he finds himself in a situation where he comes out looking like the bad guy and ends up on the run from the FBI. Julianne Moore is the FBI agent who is tracking down Cage's character and Jessica Biel plays the girl he has been foreseeing in his mind.

Right from the get-go, I found myself thrilled with this movie. I loved the anticipation, the special effects and the believable characters. The only thing that didn't sit right with me is that I thought Jessica Biel's character was a little too young for Nicolas Cage's character!

I certainly would recommend this movie to those who like a little action with a little paranormal.

My dh bought it when it first came out, we hadn't even seen a trailer. We really liked it. I agree I was constantly bugged by the age difference.

Rented it tonight. LOVED IT! See... the age thing didn't bother me. *shrug* I guess I figure age is just a number...and not like she was a teeny bopper, she was an adult. It would be different if she were 16 or even 18... but her character was at least 23, that's old enough IMHO :)

I thought it was a great movie all the way around!!!

Want to buy it when I have the moolah for it :)
