(yes, I know this is my third post today, but after posting about needing to catch up on my blogs I suddenly felt like actually doing some catching up!!)

The Lazy Organizer has changed SHS to be once a month instead of every Saturday. I think this will help me actually develop some habits, because I've found myself continuously saying "I'm going to work on the same habit as last week". Considering that it takes about 30 days to form a new habit, this will work out nice for me, I hope!
So, for January, what I would like to do is develop some kind of schedule for myself. For example, I want to come up with a housework schedule for myself and a "fun" schedule which will include things like crafting, etc. because more often than not I find myself coming home from work and not accomplishing anything simply because I don't have an agenda to follow or any set schedule. Therefore, I postpone housework or I get sidetracked doing one thing (eg. reading blogs!) that time slips away and the next thing I know it's past my bedtime.
I will post updates as I have them.
About Me
- Ter
- I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

hehe, look out, schedules are made to be broken! giggle.. good luck! and of course i will visit your puppy, send me pics and a wee story, as i'm going to start a new blog with doggy spotlights :)
That's something that I'd like to work on myself, so I'll be looking for your updates!
Schedules make me so happy but are so hard to follow! It really takes a habit to keep me on schedule.
I have a cleaning schedule that I typed up and laminated and stuck to my fridge. That way, I don't have to do my cleaning all in one day but I split it up over 5-6 days. Since we moved, I need to get back on track, but before then it really helped me to get things done.
