p.s. I am slowly but surely moving all the blogs I follow over to the new blog, so if I haven't come to visit you for a while, my advice is to leave a comment on my new blog, so I don't miss you in the shuffle!

About Me

My photo
I am a bereaved mother and wife. I began this blog to help me look for the "good things" in life after my daughter, "Babybear", died in July 2005. Three years later, her daddy, my husband, "Bear", died in November 2008. (You'll find a link to their stories on my blog) And now, as difficult as it is, I continue to look for the good things in my life as I learn my new normal with my pup, "Furrybear", at my side. And the angels on my shoulder...

You've Been Warned - by James Patterson

James Patterson is one of my favorite authors. However, I find that some of his books are not as good to read as others. I am thankful that the first book of his I read was a book from the Alex Cross series, because otherwise I probably wouldn't have given his books another chance. I find that I like the Alex Cross series and the Women's Murder Mystery Club series the best, though there are a few others that I've enjoyed too. To me, it seems that most of his other books are seemingly a different genre all together, and have a different writing style.

You've Been Warned is neither of those series, so I was a little skeptical in reading this book. It didn't take long before I realized that this will be a great book! I read it quickly and I found it difficult to put down.

The story is about Kristin Burns, a nanny who dreams of becoming a professional photographer someday. Kristian begins noticing strange things happening around her and in her photographs. As she attempts to figure out the mystery, she finds herself deep in a living nightmare.

If you like suspense books, you'll be sure to like You've Been Warned.

Sounds like a great book! I'll have to add it to my "to read" list.

I have really enjoyed the JP books I've read. I'll have to keep my eyes out for this one.
