Last week's SHS was to continue to work on my bedtime routine. It still needs some work, but there is a little bit of improvement. It does help that I am back to work again and so that means I need to sleep. I have been brushing my teeth and Emma's teeth almost every night. I still have to work on getting things ready for work the next day and a couple other things.
This week, I will continue to work on those things. Perhaps I am taking on too much at once. I feel like I will be working on this same SMART Habit for the rest of my life, but I will add another habit anyway...
I think this week's SMART Habit will be... (oh there's so many to choose from).... decluttering for 15 min. each day. I will set my timer and declutter any given spot each day. I hope that will be a habit that sticks around!

Have you seen the commercial with th e clutter monster? He's a glob of clutter that "drips" all over the house. I have one at my house. Maybe I should try your habit next week.

oh the 15 min timer works wonders for me! i get so much done in that 15 minutes i amaze myself! have a great week and good luck with the bed time routine too.
Wow, I've never brushed a dog or cat's teeth in my life. One of those things nobody ever used to do, I guess. My cat would freak at this point. Bad enough she's getting those "Soft Paws" things put on her front claws tomorrow...she's not gonna like that either. muahahha.
So how's the 15-minute thing working out?
